BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the easterly side of West
Creek Avenue distant 472.68 feet northerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the easterly aide of West Creek Avenue with
the northerly side of Midwood Road, which point is at the northwest
corner of lands of Jean Jones and formerly lands of Manning; thence
northerly along the easterly side of West Creek Avenue the follow-
ing two courses and distances: (1) North 1°49'20" East 110.14 feet;
(2) North 3056120" West 15.41 feet to a concrete monument and the
lands of Todebush; thence North 86003140" East along said land of
Todebush 150 feet to a concrete monument and the land of Eastwood
Estates-Section 2 (Suffolk County Map No. 4210); thence South 300
56120" East along said last mentioned land 125 feet to a concrete
monument and the land of Jean Jones (formerly Manning); thence
South 86003'49" West along said last mentioned land 161.06 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises which were acquired
by Kathryn Fleet by deed from LeRoy S. Reeve as executor of and
trustee under the Last Will and Testament of George R. Fleet, de-

ceased, dated December 29, 1955 and recorded January 4, 1956 in
Liber 4048 cp 486, by deed from Madolin Fleet Sarteau dated December
28, 1955 and recorded December 30, 1955 in Liber 4047 cp 246, as
devisee under the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth 9. Fleet,
late of Suffolk County, N.Y., deceased,
