Party of the second part IDUW1114 ', that the part of the first part,in consideration of ------TEN ($70.00)- Dollars, lawful money of the United Miss, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the part Y of the second part does hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part, PARCEL 1 : her heirs and assigns forever, that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon situate, lying, and being at NASSAU POINT, Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designa- ted as Lot No.113 on a certain map entitled "Map of Proposed Subdivision, Section B, Nassau Club Properties, Inc.,situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y." surveyed by Wallace H. Halsey, C.E.Southempton, N.Y., June, 1919, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, on October 4, 1919, as Map No.745. ALSO ALL that certain portion of Lot No.112 on said map aforesaid, described as follows, to wit: Bounded on the east by Lot N0.113; on the North by the roadwav shown on said map aforesaid, and designated thereon "Bridge Lane"; on the west by a straight line, running through two stakes, the northerly terminal thereof being on the northerly line of said Lot No.112, at a point measured thereon, distant along said northerly line, easterly from the west- erly line of said Lot No.112, approximately 96 feet; the southerly terminal thereof being on the adjoining "Lagoon", shown on said Map aforesaid, at a point distant approximately 64 feet southwest from the southwesterly corner of said Lot No.113 measured along said Lagoon; on the south by the Leloon. TOGETHER with all the right, title, and interest of the party or the first part of, in, and to Bridge Lane,directly adjoining to the center line thereof. PARCEL 2: ALL my right, title, and interest to thatpart of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying, and being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:BEGINNING at a pan nt on the high water line of Lot 112 as shown on a certain map, entitled "Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties,Inc.", dated June 28, 1922, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Orfice, August 16, 1922, in file #156, at the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part, and running along the high water mark of the lagoon and along Lot 4�- Nos-112 and 113 northeasterly, then northerly and then northwesterly to the southeasterly side of the Bridge; thence northeasterly along said southeast- erly side of the Bridge to the center of the channel; thence through said Lagoon four courses as follows: (1 ) South 73 degrees 10' east 130 feet;thencel (2) south 26 degrees 30' west 260 feet; thence (3) south 11 degrees eas -= 175 feet; thence (4) north 68 degrees 40' west 100 feet to the point or BEGINNING. PARCEL 3: An undivided one-eighth interest in and to all my right, title, and interest to that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying, and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bay- berry Road at the northeasterly corner of Lot 121 , as shown on "Amended Map B Of Section B" Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.,situate on Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y.; and filed inthe office of the Suffolk County Clerk on Sept.26,1924, as Map N0.798; and running thence in a general southwesterly direction on an irregular curved line along said Lot 121 and Plot C to an arm of "The Lagoon"; thence acrosssaid arm and along Lots 113,112,and 111,1200 ft. more or less, to the ordinary high water mark ofGreat Peconic Bay. The northwesterly line of said Bridge Lane is concentric with and 25 feet northwesterly from the above described southeasterly line. Together with an unnamed road, as shown on said map, the northeasterly line of which begins at a point on said northwesterly line of Bridge Lane, 350 feet, more or less, southwesterly along said northwesterly line from its intersection with said westerly line of Bayberry Road; and runs thence in a general northwesterly direction on an irregular curved line along lot 208 and lot 207, 270 feet more or less, to lot 116, as shown on said map. The southwesterly line of said unnamed road is concentric with and 25 feet southwesterly from the above described northeasterly line. ALL of the aforementioned parcels are the same properties conveyed to the party of the first part and her deceased husband RUSSELL E. HAHN, also known as RUSSELL EMMETT HAHN, by the following three deeds: Deed dated 4/30/45, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on 5/7/45 in liber 2444 cp 66; deed dated 11/28/47, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 5/4/48 in liber 2822, cp 310; and deed dated 8/14/52, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 9/2/52 in liber 3400, cp 522• The said RUSSELL E. HAHN died testate, a resident of Nassau County, New York, on January 21, 1964.
