348.50 feet easterly from the easterly side of land now or formerly
of Frank A. Doyle as measured along said northerly side of Bungalow
Lane; running thence North 49 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East
along land now or formerly of William L. Harker, Jr., 309 feet, more
or less, to Deep Hole Creek; thence southeasterly along Deep Hole
Creek to the northwesterly side of land now or formerly of Robert
Seh; thence South 49 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West along said -
land now or formerly of Seh 281 feet, more or less, to the northerly
Bide of Bungalow Lane and thence North 67 degrees 42 minutes 00
seconds West, along the northerly side of Bungalow Lane, 100 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING. -
TOGETHER with such rights as the party of the first part may have in
and to the waters of Deep Hole Creek and the land underneath said
waters adjoining said premises to the center line of said creek.
