lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being.JM*K at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument on the curved northwesterly line of Westview
Drive, said monument being 310.37 feet southwesterly along said
northwesterly line from the westerly end of a curve connecting said
northwesterly line with the southwesterly line of the Anchorage,
being the northeasterly corner of land conveyed by William H. Mason
and Harry E. Mason to Rudolph Johnson; and
RUNNING along said land of Johnson and passing through a monument,
North 85 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West 217.07 feet, more or
less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
THENCE northerly and then northeasterly along said high water mark,
125 feet, more or less, said line determined by a tie line;
RUNNING North 29 degrees 56 minutes 40;seconds East having a
length of 123.84 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along other land now or formerly of William H. Mason
and Harry E Mason South 69 degrees 00 minutes East 188 feet, more
or lase, to said northwesterly line of Westview Drive;
THENCE southwesterly along said northwesterly line of Westview Drive
on a curve to the left having a radius of 106.51 feet, a distance
of 60.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Seller in
and to meadow land and to waters and the land under water of
Mattituck Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described
premises.
