southeasterly corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of
Cutchogue Cemetery; running thence South 370 162 40" West along the
northerly side of the Main Road 82.0 feet to land of R. D. Boyd, for-
merly of Davis; running thence along land of Boyd, North 460 352 40"
West 235.58 feet to land of Cutchogue Cemetery; thence along land of
Cutchogue Cemetery two courses and distances:
1) North 470 442 50" East 98.48 "set; and
2) South 420 152 10" East 220 feet to the northerly side of Main
Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to John Bakowski
and Josephine T. Bakowski, his wife, by Gerald Beebe and Millicent T.
Beebe, his wife, by deed dated October 11, 1951 and recorded October
159 1951 in Liber 3277 of conveyances at page 117.
