number), New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York,
party of the second part,
Witaesseth that the party of the first part,in consideration of
ONE and 00/100 ----------------------------------Dollar ($ 1.00 )
lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim
unto the party of the second part, his distributees and assigns forever,all
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: On the North by land of the Long
Island Railroad; on the East by land of William H. Wickham; on the
South by the Main Road leading from Mattituck to Greenport; on the
West, first by land of John Doroski, then on the South by the land
of John Doroski, then again West by the land of John Alec.
EXCEPTING from the above described parcel the residence and the
plot of land on which it stands and which surrounds it bounded and
described as follows: On the South by the Main Road; on the West
by a line drawn parallel to the westerly side of said residence
distant 20 feet westerly from the nearest part of the residence and
extending from the Main Road northerly to a point where it is inter-
sected by a line drawn parallel to the northerly side of the residenc
and 20 feet northerly from the nearest part of said residence
extended in a westerly direction; on the North by a line parallel
to the northerly side of said residence and distant 20 feet northerly
from the nearest part of the residence and running from said westerly
line in an easterly direction to a point where it is intersected by
a line drawn parallel to the easterly side of said residence and
distant 20 feet easterly from the nearest part of said residence
extended in a northerly direction and on the East by a line drawn
parallel to the easterly side of said residence and distant 20 feet
easterly from the nearest part of said residence extending from the
intersection of the northerly line with the easterly line to the
northerly side of the Main Road.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the land lying in the streets and roads in
front of and adjoining said premises.
