in Liber 5597 of deeds at page 05 and by correction deed dated
January, 6, 1965 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office
on January 8, 1965 in Liber 5680 at page 142.
and both parcels shall hereinafter be considered as one parcel and
subject to the covenants and restrictions as set forth in said
deeds.
