Suffolk County Clerk's Office May 10th, 1940 as map number 1310;
together with title to the center line of the road in front of said
lot number ten (10) and title to.the private boat landing in front
of said lot number 10, as shown on said map, and together with an
undivided one-twentieth (1/201 interest of, in and to so much of
lots twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28) on "Map of property of
Lida Bartley, Mattituck, L.1.11, which map was filed in the Suffolk
��. County Clerk aOffice July 27th, 1922 under number 770, as are in-
cluded in the extension of Old Salt Road from the north line of Salt !
Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane, (sometimes called Rochelle Place) I
subject to a right of way of other owners of numbered lots on the i
Map of Salt Lake village, and property to the north and west thereof ;
over the same, and together with a right of way over Salt Lake Lane
(sometimes called Rochelle Place) to Bay Avenue.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to James Creek in front of or adjoining the
premises above described.
TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress between said lot and

Bruno, his wife, by a certain deed dated October 29, 1962 and re-
corded in the Office of the "lark of the County of Suffolk on
