monument and the northerly side of land now or formerly of
Joseph Wierbicke;
thence along said land now or formerly of Joseph Wierbicke, south

monument and the easterly side of land now or formerly of Robert
C. Kerr;
thence along said land of Robert C. Kerr north 22 degrees 31
