line of Fleet's Neck Road, S. 45` 29' 00” E. 100.00 feet; thence
4 along land of LeRoy S. Reeve, three courses as follows: (1) at right
angles to the said southwesterly line of Fleet's Neck Road, S. 44-
51' 00" W. 161.35 feet; thence (2) I1. 250 29' 40" W. 106.41 feet;
thence (3) at right angles to said southwesterly line of Fleet's
Neck Road N. 44° 31' 00" E. 125 feet to the point of beginning.
