SUBJECT to a certain mortgage held by Federal Land Bank of Springfield, 1
bearing interest at the rate of six per centum (6%) per annum, on which the
principal balance is presently Seventeen Thousand two hundred twenty-five and
no/100 ($17,225.00) Dollars and interest is owing from the 1st day of January,
1965, the payment of which mortgage the party of the second part here byassumes.
The party of the xecond part accordingly executes this instrument pursuant to
Section 5-705 of the General Obligations Law of the State of New York.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantor from William A.
