ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements theram erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Deep Hole Drive,
1575.88 feet Southerly along said Easterly line from New Suffolk
Avenue; from said point of beginning
running along land of James De Vries, S. 79e 00t E., 120 feet, more or
less, to a creek or gutter and land of H. Alvin Smith and another; .
thence along said creekor gutter, Southerly and then Southeasterly,
110 feet, more or less;.
thence along land of Edmund Nash, Sr., N. 79° OOr W., 180 feet, more
or less, to said Easterly line of Deep Hole Drive;
thence along said Easterly line of Deep Hole Drive, two courses as
follows:
1) N. 16° 02' 20” E., 54.30 feet to a monument; thence
2)
N. 4° 52' S0" E., 46.17 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party or the
first part of, in and to that portion of Deep Hole Drive adjacent to
said premises, to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as contained in a Deed from
James A. Gildersleeve and others to Walter C. Grabie and Eleanor L.
Grabie, dated July 6, 1953, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on July 28, 1953 in Liber 3553, page 75.
BEING AND I14TENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by Edmund T. Nash, Jr., by Deed dated November
30, 1963, recorded December 9, 1963 in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County, in Liber 5463, page 436.
