York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly side of Wickham Avenue
at the southeasterly corner of land of the party of the second part,
said point being 135.54 feet as measured along the westerly side of
Wickham Avenue from its intersection with the northerly aide of Pike
Street; running thence southerly along the westerly side of Wickham
Avenue 10 feet; running thence South 8V 24' 30" West 93.29 Poet to
land formerly of Louis C. Gildersleeve; running thence along said
land of Gildersleeve in a northwest direction 10 Peet to an iron pipe;
running thence along land of the party of the second part in a north-
easterly direction 93.95 Peet to the monument and place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Annie G.
Tuthill to Donald R. Gildersleeve by deed dated February 3, 19,56 end
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 9, 1956 in Liber
4067 of deeds at page 568, this being a correction deed to properly
describe said premises.
