PARCEL II ALL that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little Hog Neck) situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the high water line of lot 112 as shown on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., dated June 28, 1922 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office August 16, 1922, in file No. 156 at the southeasterly corner of lot No. 100 as shown on said map and running through said lagoon two courses as follows: (1) North 25° 30' east eighty-five (85) feet; thence (2) 250 30' East 90 feet to the high water mark at the division line between lot nos. 99 and 101; thence westerly along said high water mark and along Lot No. 99 to the point of beginning. til
