Van Tuyle C.E. and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office, May 10th, 1940asMap #1310 distant sixty two (62) feet southerly from the center of a monument at the intersection of said westerly side of Old Salt Road with the northerly boundary of Salt Lake Village; running thence westerly at right angles to Old Salt Road and along the boundary of land conveyed by Emma S.Richards and The Fraward Corporation Inc. to Rosins. J.; Richards by deed recorded in Liber 2231 Cp.
