Van Tuyle C.E. and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office, May 10th, 1940asMap #1310 distant sixty two (62) feet southerly from the center of a monument at the intersection of said westerly side of Old Salt Road with the northerly boundary of Salt Lake Village; running thence westerly at right angles to Old Salt Road and along the boundary of land conveyed by Emma S.Richards and The Fraward Corporation Inc. to Rosins. J.; Richards by deed recorded in Liber 2231 Cp. '515 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office one hundred (100) feet;- thence northerly parallel with Old Salt Road and still along said land conveyed as aforesaid forty seven (47) feet more or less to the southerly side of property shown on "Map of Linda Bartley, Mattituck, Long island, filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office July 27th, 1922 as Map #770; thence easterly along said southerly side of lot 26 on said Map of Linda Bartley, twenty five (25) feet more or less to the westerly boundary line o£ lot 27 on said map; thence northerly along the westerly boundary"§ide of ldt"27 on said Map one hundred twenty (120) feet more or less to,th'e southerly side of Rochelle Place (now known as Salt Lake Lane) on said map; thence easterly along the southerly side of Rochelle Place thirty six and thirty four one'hundredths (36.34) feet to the center of a monument; thence southeasterly along the westerly side of the continuation of Old Salt Road as the same curves and is shown on Map of Salt Lake illage above referred to, -eighty five and sixty-five one hundredths (85.6" feet to the center of another monument; thence southerly still along the westerly side of the continuation of Old Salt Road d-along Old Salt Road as shown on said map, one hundred twenty five and five one hundredths (125.5) feet more or less to the point r place of BEGINNING. - GETHER'with allthe right, title and interest of the party of the irstpart,'of, in andto'Old Salt Road within the westerly and ortherly boundaries of Salt LakeVillageas on said map in front f the southerly sixty two (62) feet of said premises to the enterline thereof. - K PAc�3an "Rwith an easement for ingress and egress over Rochelle Place (also known as Salt Lake Lane), Old Salt Road as shown on Map of Salt Lake Village, and the continuation thereof to Salt -Lake Lane subject to similar easements heretofor or hereafter granted to owners of numbered lots on said "Map of Salt Lake Village, or to owners of property to the west and north thereof and together -with-a right of way over the path shown on said map from Old Salt Road to Salt Lake VillageBeachand to' the use of said beach in common with other lot owners for bathing and boating and together with the right to use the Commons as described in deed recorded in Liber 2231 Cp. 515, the Yacht Basin, the Village Dock and Boat Landing and the two paths leading thereto from Flag Pole Circle in common with other lot owners to whom the same may be granted. TOGETHER with a one-fifty-sixth (1/56) interest of, in and to so much of lots, twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28) on "Map of Property of Lida Bartley, Mattituck, L,I.", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the'County of Suffolk on July 27, 1922, under number 770, as are included in the extension of Old Salt Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) and together with� a like interest in the bed of Rochelle Place in front thereof, subject to the right of clay of the ownersofnumbered lots on the Map of Salt Lake Village and others to whom the same may be granted over the same," and together with a right of way over Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called-Rochelle Place) to Bay Avenue. Being the same premises which were conveyed to ALEXANDER E. LEIGHTON and CHARLOTTE N. LEIGHTON$ his wife by deed dated December 28th, 1945 and recorded in the County Clerk's office, Suffolk'County on January 71 1946 in liber 2518 of Deeds at Page 172.
