successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AIL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being indbe at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Depot Lane at the southeasterly
corner of land now or formerly of Frank Machinchick, and running thence west-
erly, along said lands and at right angles to Depot Lane a.distance of 150 feet
to a point and other lands of the party of the first part and others; running thence
southerly, and on a line parallel with Depot Lane, a distance of 144 feet to a
point; running thence easterly, a distance of 125 feet to a point on the westerly
side of Depot Lane; running thence northerly, along the westerly side of Depot
Lane, a distance of 144 feet to a point, the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title, and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to that portion of Depot Lane adjacent to the premises to the center
line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by three deeds recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, to wit:
1) deed made by John Z. Machinchick, Jr., et ano, etc., recorded in liber
2659 of conveyances, page 179; 2) deed made by Anjhony Machinchick, at ano,
recorded in liber 2659, page 190, and(3) deed made by Mary J. Mada inchick,
at at, etc., recorded in liber 3751, page 81.
