in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922
as Map No. 156, to wit, that part thereof bounded;
On the north or northwest by Bridge Lane 225 feet, more or,less;
on the East, southeast and south by Goldfish Pond Road (not used for
travel) as it runs first southerly next southwesterly and then westerly
from Bridge Lane separating premises herein described on the west and
northwest side thereof from lots 127, 126 and 125 as shown and desig-
nated on said above mentioned filed map on the east and southeast side
thereof, to Bayberry Road (said last mentioned distance exclusive of
the curved entrance into the Path, not used for travel, connecting
Goldfish Pond Road with Bayberry Road being 205 feet, more or less,
from said Bridge Lane to said Path and 140 feet, more ,or less, from sab
