"Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Prop—
erties, Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New
York, surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. VanTuyl, C.E. & Surveyor,
Greenport, New York, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk
of Suffolk County, New York, August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156.
SUBJECT to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen
feet in width along and above high water mark of waters known
- as Wunneweta Pond (also known as "The Lagoon") which shall form
part of a common roadway for access to and from the beach to
the southward of above described premises for the benefit of all
persons owning lands in said Nassau Point, including the grantee
herein.
