said land of Barbiere South 18 ` 41' 00" East 120.44 feet to a
monument and land of Alonzo Robinson Estate; thence along said
land of Robinson Estate, two courses as follows: (1) South 79° 00'
West 77.84 feet to a monument; thence (2) South 78° 13' 30” West
23.04 feet to a monument; thence along other land of Stanley I.
Naugles, North 18° 40' 10" West 113.58 feet to said center line
thence along said center line, being also along land of Monro, North
74° 53' 10" East 100.19 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING,
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width, the center line of
which begins at the northeasterly corner of the premises and runs,
North 740 53' 10" East 202.51 feet to the westerly line of Naugles
Drive.
ALSO with a right of way 10 feet in width adjoining the northerly
line of the premises; the southerly line of which is the northerly
boundary of the premises and the northerlylineof which is parallel
with and 10 feet northerly from said northerly boundary, measured at
right angles thereto.
SUBJECT TO a right of way 10 feet in width across the northerly
end of the premises; the northerly line of which is the northerly
boundary of the premises and the southerly line of which is parallel
with and 10 feet southerly from said northerly boundary measured at
right angles thereto.

4th day of June, 1956 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on the 13th day of June, 1956 in Liber 4127 of
Conveyances at Page 111.
