York". surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. VanTuyl, C.E. and Surveyor,
Greenport, New York, and filed in the office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, New York, August 16, 1922, File No. 156; said point
being S. 20 degrees lot W. 59 feet from a concrete monument set at
i the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 151, as laid down on said map;
running thence along other land of the Nassau Point Club Properties,
= Inc., S. 20 degrees 101 40" W. about 193 feet to a concrete monument

said Little Feeonic Bay Road, following its curves, southwesterly
and then southerly and then westerly, about 650 feet to a point
