SUBJECT to covenantal agreements, easements and restrictions of record, if any, and subject to any state of facts that an accurate survey may show. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Leroy S. Reeve, as executor of and trustee under the Last Will and Testament of George H.
