1.1 THIS INDENTURE,made the /O V day of December ,nineteen hundred and sixty-four
BETWEEN JAMES P. MCKENNA, JR., and JANE C. MCKENNA, his wife,
residing at Mattituck, New York
P I party of the first part,and PETER R. HANLON and CHRISTINE K. HANLON, his wife,
residing at 39 Link Lane, Hicksville, New York

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in wusideation of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or suaessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
.. situate, lying and being lmc lbe at Mattituek, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of a 20 foot private
road which runs Southerly from Park Avenue to Great Peconic Hay, and
which point of beginning is 139.74 feet Southerly from the Southerly
side of Park Avenue; RUNNING THENCE along the Westerly side of the
20 foot private road, South 11 degrees 25 minutes East 160.26 feet;
THENCE South 78 degrees 35 minutes West 255.97 feet; THENCE along
the Easterly line of land now or formerly of C,He Wickham, North 11
degrees 25 minutes West 160.26 feet; THENCE North 78 degrees 35
minutes East 255.97 feet to the Westerly side of the 20 foot private
road, the point or place of BEGINNING. (The Westerly side of the
aforesaid 20 foot private road intersects the Southerly side of
Park Avenue at a point distant 809.27 feet Westerly, measured along
the Southerly side of Park Avenue, from the Westerly side of
Marratooka Road). TOGETHER with the use of said private road for
access between said premises and Park Avenue from the Southeasterly
corner of the premises to Park Avenue, Peter E. Hanlon and
Christine K. Hanlon, his wife, agreeing to pay one-half of the
maintenance expense for the up-keep thereof. TOGETHER with the
use of said private road running Southerly from said premises to
the beach hereinafter referred to and to Peconic Bay for foot passage
only. TOGETHER with the use of the beach extending from the
Easterly boundary of said right-of-way Westerly about 70 feet to the
Jetty for bathing and boating purposes in common with others.
This is a correction Deed given to correct and make more certain
the description in deed recorded in Liber 5496 Cp 369•
