of Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of
New York, bounded anddescribed as follows:- Bounded generally
Southerly by Great Peconic Bay; Westerly by Downs' Creek (also
known as Fort Neck Creek); Northerly partly by Downs Creek and
meadows of Wickham Case; and Easterly by meadow and beach of Stuart
H. Moore. Said tract including meadow and beach formerly of Elijah
W. Tuthill, deceased; also meadow and beach formerly of William A.
Tuthill; also meadow formerly of Ira Tuthill, and containing
four and one-half acres be the same more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed by Roy B. Davis, Referee, to Martha
C. Leibell by deed dated August 14th, 1940, and referred to in said
deed as the "Third Tract", which said deed was recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2117 of Conveyances,
Page 38, on August 21, 1940'
