DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and ' improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, known as Lot No. 14 on Map of South Harbor Homes,
said map being filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on the 14th day of July, 1964 as Map No. 4096, said
lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Grange Road,
distant 634.10 feet westerly from the extreme westerly end
of the arc connecting the southerly side of Grange Road with
the westerly side of Bayview Road said point of beginning also
being at the dividing line between Lots 14 and 15 as shown
on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE from the said point of beginning along the said
dividing line South 4 degrees 50 ' 10" East, 180 . 13 feet to
land now or formerly Stepnoski ;
RUNNING THENCE along the said last mentioned land South 85
degrees 09 ' 50" West, 57 .27 feet to the dividing line between
Lots 14 and 15 as shown on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the said dividing line North 31 degrees
47 ' 10" West, 140 .85 feet to the southeasterly side of Grange
Road;
RUNNING THENCE northeasterly and easterly along the southeasterly
and southerly side of Grange Road the following two courses
and distances:
1. North 58 degrees 12 ' 50" East, 120 . 37 feet to a monument;
and
2 . North 85 degrees 09 ' 50" East, 13 .83 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
