The following action was taken by the Board of
during its regular meeting held on December 6,
the above matter:

1993 regarding
WHEREAS, Stephen Buczak applied to the Southold Town Trustees
for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of
the Town of So~thold, application dated October 5, 1993, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on Monday, December 6, 1993 at which
time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be
heard, and,
WHEREAS, the-Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this applicatien, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW TttEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
Stephen Buczak to construct a one-family dwelling with an
associated sanftary system and pool with a 40' buffer as per
revised plans dated Oct. 25, 1993. Located Willis Creek Drive,
Lot $i1 off of Beach Meadow Lane, Mattituck.
P~rmit will expire two years from the date it is sighed. Fees
must be Paid, if applicable, amd permit issued within six
months of th~ da~e ~f this notification. Two inspections are
required and the Trustees are to be notified upon compIetion of
said project.

The following recommendations were made at the meeting of the
Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council at its meeting held
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 21, 1993.
Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of FREDERICK AND ANN
COLLIGAN 123-8-28.4 to raise the existing bungalow approximately 3'
and secure it to an new pile foundations.

restore eroded bluff. Proposed wall to be entirely landward of
existing timber bulkhead.
