WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel cf land, situate,
lyingand bcinghaths at Gutchogue, Torn of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fleet's Neck Road distant 100 feet
northerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Fleet's
Neck Road with the northerly side of South Cross Road; running thence South $7
degrees 42 minutes West along land now or formerly of Henry Lauber 175 feet; thence
north 32 degrees 18 minutes West 100 feet; thence north 27 degrees 42 minutes East,
along land now or formerly of John J. Jesgup,Jr., 17$ feet to the westerly side of
Fleet's Neck Read; and thence south 32 degrees 18 minutes East along the westerly
side of Fleet's Neck Road 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the southerly 100 feet of the premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by Anna DeLucia by deed dated September 26, 1960 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4890, page 419 of
Deeds on October 17, 1960.
SOBJECT to Covenants and restrictions contained in the above mentioned deed.
