Jesgup,Jr., 17$ feet to the westerly side of Fleet's Neck Read; and thence south 32 degrees 18 minutes East along the westerly side of Fleet's Neck Road 100 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING and intended to be the southerly 100 feet of the premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Anna DeLucia by deed dated September 26, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4890, page 419 of Deeds on October 17, 1960.
