New York, on May 7, 1926, as Map No. 806, said lot being bounded on the
west by Haywators Road and on the south, east and north by Lots num-
bered 378, 393 and 376, respectively, on said Map.
EMMEMM TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to the road or highway lying in front of and
adjacent to the above described premises to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to any covenants and restrictions now of record
affecting said premises.
