BETWEEN NANCY CARLEY, residing at Nassau Point Road (no number), Nassau Point, Long Island, New York, w� party of the first part,and -EDWARD B. CARLEY and SARAH E. CARLEY, his wife, J residing at Nassau Point Road (no number), Nassau Point, Long Island, New York, party of the se=d part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in rant and ionea One Dollar and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or suaessors and assigns of the party of the semnd part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate, vp lying and being elm at Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of .t Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as the w o southerly one-half of lot 24, on a certain map entitled, "Amended IRS Bap A of Nassau Point, Owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y.", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E. & Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on August 16, 1922 as Nap No. 156. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the irs part of, in and to the land under water in Little Peconic Bay, abutting said premises. SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen e� width along and above high water mark, which shall form part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands on said Nassau Point, including the grantees herein. SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by George A. Krug and a second momo-�e held by E.B. Carley & Co., Inc., covering the above described premises.
