Bryan, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on June 27, 1996, reqarding the above matter: WHEREAS, MARCUS & JOANN BRYAN, applied to the Southotd T~wn Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated June 10, 1996, and, W~, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisor~ Council for their findings and recommendations, and W~F2{EAS, a Public ~earing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on June 27, 1996, at whick time all interested persons were given an opportunit~ to be heard, and. WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises i~guestion and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimon~ and documentation sutmaitted concerning this application, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code, WH~, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of MARCUS & JOANN BRYAN to construct 89 1.f. of timber bulkhead along tee of bluff with a 15' return and back~ill 10' behind _bulkhead with 125 c.y. of clean sand trucked in ~rom uplan~ source and returns be armored with stene.
