Lyons Brown III, Fishers Island S.C.T.M.No. 1000-009-9-27.2 Dear Mr. Krupski: At the present time we are withdrawing our application to -~ construct the 4'x100' timber dock for the noted property. Presently the owner is only seeking approvals for the proposed single family residence and associated upland develoDement. With this we are still seeking the originally requested "Letters of Non-Jurisdiction" for this portion of the project. The survey which~we had originally submitted clearly depicted that this portion of the project lies outside the trustees jurisdiction under both Chaoters 47 and 97 of the Town Code. At a later date after the weather breaks we shall take the requested soundings at the site and then recon£igure a dock plan and resubmit it for the Board's review. Presently we do not wish have the dock portion of the project interfere with the approvals pending for the upland portion of the site. Lyons Brown, III SCTM g1000-9-9-27.2 Dear Mr. Just: At the recent Public Hearing of January 27, 1994, the Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the file and application of the above referenced project. Because of our concern that the size of the proposed dock will monopolize the water way, we would like soundings in front of the proposed structure out to 100'. The House and associated work on it are outside of our jurisdiction. Please advise Mr. Brown that any activity either within 75' of the wetlands or within the Coastal Erosion Hazard area will require action by this Board. Approximately 45 c.y, of clean backfill to be trucked in from upland source. An existin9 indented block stairway to be backfilled and replaced with a 4' x 8' wood stairway. 2345 Bayvlew Avenue. Moved by Robert Keith. seconded by Patricia Isaksen. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of STEVEN SPARACINO 115-17-17.14 to construct an elevated timber walkway and fixed dock structure. The walkway will be 4' wide by 70' tong and a minimum of 4' above grade. The dock to be 5' wide and 20' Ion9 and to be situated on the seaward edge of the existing wetlands providing access to the dredged creek. Willis Creek Drive.
