Clerk's Office as Map No. 1672, intersects the northerly line -
of Ruth Road, to wit:
1. N. 76 degrees 09' 40" East 185.12 feet, and
2. S. 87 degrees 11' East 414.88 feet;
thence from said point of beginning the following four courses
and distances:
1. N. 2 degrees 49' East 125.0 feet to a monument situate
on the southerly boundary of Lot 188 as shown on the said map
entitled "Captain Kidd Estates" to a point; and thence
2. N. 87 degrees 11' West 300.0 feet along the southerly
line of part of Lot 188, 187, 186, and part of Lot 185 as shown _
on the said map entitled "Captain Kidd Estates" to a point; and

3. S. 2 degrees 49' West 125.0 feet to a point on the
