One parcel is owned by Brower Woods Association. This is bounded on the south by what is termed "The Anchorage" but which is a public road. The other parcel opposite Lots 37 and 38 is owned by Harry E. Mason and Flora B. Mason, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason individually. Since the Browers Woods Association has received and accepted a de~d which includes a survey description of the filled in area, there is a question whether a boundary line agreement between Mason and this Association would be required. May we further state that there is a boundary line agreement on record between Mason and the Muir-Preston property to the north. Please be advised that this is beimg built by the "boatimg elememt" of our Association only, consistimg of about l0 o~ 12 mem, at their m~ expense amd this addi- tional charge at this time seems way out of lime. The "walkout" is being built om a removable basis amd will be taken out about October 15 amd reimstalled about April 15 of each year.
