Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and RICHMOND CORWIN, of 39 Plaza Street, Brooklyn,
Kings County, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the party of the second part, RICHMOND CORWIN and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,I in d bein in 2z Mattituck, Town of Southold, Counof Suffolk
and SytaleanITun York, known and designated as part oty Lot 17 on a
certain map entitled, "clap of Point Pleasant, Mattituck, rvew Yorku
and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
May 17, 1916 as Map Number 720, which said part of lot is bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a cement monument on the easterly side of Home Pike, a
pr vete road on said map, and on the line between Lots 16 and 17;
running thence along said boundary line between lots 16 and 17, South
73 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds East, 400 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; thence southwesterly
along said high water mark, 60 feet, more or less; thence through
said Lot 17, being along a certain old fence line, North 63 degrees
27 minutes West, 360 feet, more or less, to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
This conveyance is being made pursuant to that certain Court Order
signed by RON. HENRY TASKER, Justice of Supreme Court, at Special
Term, Part I of the Supreme Court in and for the County of Suffolk
on the 17th day of June, 1964, and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk as Index No. 104,542/63.
