same is intersected by the southerly line of land now or formerly

Road a distance of 133.44 feet to a monument and land now or formerly
of Kelis; running thence S. 710 521 30" West along said lands of
Kells a distance of 260.89 feet to a concrete monument and lands
formerly of Young; running thence N. 120 071 West 134.18 feet to a
concrete monument and lands now or formerly of Goertz; running
thence along said lands now or formerly of Goertz N. 710 521 30"

of the land lying in the bed of said 24 foot right-of-way known as

BEGINNING at the same monument marking the point of beginning

East along the westerly line of said 24 foot right-of-way known
as Raccoon Road a distal as of 133.44 feet to a concrete monument;

line of said 24 foot richt-of-way known as Raccoon Road;- running thence

known as Raccoon Road a distance of 133.44 feet, more or less;running

at the point or place of beginning.

1. A certain prieate road known as Miller's Right-of-Way be Ing
24 feet in width running in a general easterly direction fromthe
easterly side of Cox Neck Road (a public highway) to a point 10".05
feet, more or less, from said easterly side of Cox Neck Road.
2. A certain 24 foot private right-of-way known as Raccoon Poad,
runninglk-om a point on the southerly line of said Miller's Right-of-
Way South. 18 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 570.33
feet.
3. Another 24 foot right-of-way known as Deer Path Road, running
from a point on the 'southerly fine of said .Miller's Eight-of-Way South
22 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 44S.50 feet.
4. Another 24 foot right-of-way known as Fax Hollouv, Road, running
South 71 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 720.37 feet
