BURNS of Mattituck, Suffolk County, Now York, party of the second part, i WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part in n consideration of the am of One ($1.00) Dollar to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby remise, reJ lease and quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, his successors and assigns forever, ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Mattituck In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, generally bounded and described as follows; BEGIVING at a point marking the northeasterly corner of the within premises, which point of begin- ning is situated S. 290 301 E. 205.00 feet from a monument set on the southerly side of Westview Drive and which monument marks the northwesterly corner of land of Sellars, formerly Banner, and the northeasterly corner of land of Burns and from said point of beginning running S. 290 301 E. 110 feet, more or less, to the high water mark of Mattituck Creek and running thence westerly along said high water mark to a point, which point is situated S. 240 001 E. 190 feet, more or less, from the south- westerly corner of land of Burns, and running thence i N. 240 001 W.130 feet, more or less, to a point and land of Burne, running thence along said land of Burns N. 620 161 10^ E. 83.77 feet to the point or place of beginning. IBeing and intended to be all of the "filled area" lying between the high water mark of Mattituck Creek as found in 1950 and the present high water mark immediately adjacent to and lying to the south of the land of the party of the second part.
