The Council recommends approval provided runoff be contained on site during and after construction and that applicant protect the wetlands from sedimentation during construction. These uplalld species include: beach, sycamore ~naplc, spruce, bluestem gra,qses, pin oak, blaekbeny, flat topped goldenrod, fox grape, locust, ragweed, Virginia ro~e, raspben3, and vine honeysuckle. Facultative wetland plants are lhnited m wimerberry and red maple. Based upon the presence of these plants, il. is concluded that no wetlands arc present. The properly lies beyond 100 feet fi'om thc Iai'ge red maple swamp locally lmown as Moores Drain. Therefore, there is no need for the property owner obtain a Town Trustee Permit nor a N YSDEC Freshwater Wetland Permit. ApproxinmleJy, 300 filet west of subject properly lies a site form}dly used as a gas stalion.
