Facultative wetland plants are lhnited m wimerberry and red maple. Based upon the presence of these plants, il. is concluded that no wetlands arc present. The properly lies beyond 100 feet fi'om thc Iai'ge red maple swamp locally lmown as Moores Drain. Therefore, there is no need for the property owner obtain a Town Trustee Permit nor a N YSDEC Freshwater Wetland Permit.
