BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of a 20 foot right of way
distant 720 feet easterly as measured along the northerly side of said
right of way from the corner formed by the intersection of said north-
erly side of right of way with the easterly side of Marratooka Road;
running thence along the land now or formerly of Karn, North 40 031

thence along the southerly side of said right of way and through a

southeasterly along Deep Hole Creek measured on a tie line bearing

from Deep Hole Creek at the end of said 20 foot private road where
it adjoins Deep Hole Creek on the easterly end of Lupton's Point.

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part. in and to land lying below the high water mark and
I� under the waters of Deep Hole Creek adjacent to said premises.
IITHIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by Bronson L. Weese to The North Fork Bank and Trust Company,
dated January 22, 1964 in the principal sum of $10,000.00 and interest
and recorded in the, Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
January 28, 1964 in Liber 4299 of mortgages at page 41, on which
said mortgage there is now due and unpaid the sum of $7,000.00 with
linterest thereon at the rate of six per centum per annum from the
date hereof, and the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such
mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this
conveyance.
