The dredged material was put on the meadow which now comprises lots 97-6-1,1 ~ud 1.2. The present owner~of lot 97-6-1.1, Nr. Howard Brower, Jr., has submitted application #538 to build a 30' ramp with a 6' x 20' float which would extend approximately 36' from mean high water into the ~creek. It seems to me that if he were to park his boat in front of the float, it would block~ off the cha~n~el. I respectfully request that whatever ~lans you approve will allow me approximately 10 - clearance to go in and out with my boat.
