eration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as the
southerly one-half lot of lot 24,on a certain map entitled,rtAmended
Map A of Nassau Point, Owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.,"

1922 by Otto W. Van Tuy1, C.E. & Surveyor, and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on August 16, 1922 as Map
No. 156,
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part 0" in and two the land under water in Little Peconic Bay,
abutting said premises.
SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending fifteen
feetinwidth along and above high water mark,which shall form part of
a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands on said
Nassau Point, including the grantees herein.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by Riverhead Savings Bank, River-

Being the same premises described in a deed by the grantsatherein
dated the 11th day of October, 1963, recorded the 18th day of October
1963, in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber No. 5435
Page 573; and in a deed to the grantors herein dated the 31st day
of October, 1964, reco;ded on the 25th day of November, 1964, in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, in Liber No. 56580 page
