paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iso at East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, .known and designated as and by the
Lot No. 10 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Moose Covets and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 30,
1960 as Map No. 3230, and being bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
westerly aide of Deerfoot Path with the northerly aide of Moose
Trail; and running thence South 770 271 40" West along the north-
erly side of Moose Trail 125.27 feet to the ntr theasterly aide of
Beebe Drive;. thence North 570 301 West along the northeasterly
aide of Beebe Drive 99.05 feet; thence North 410 001 East 100.00
feet; thence North 760 501 2011 East 113.42 feet to the westerly
side of DeePfoot Path; thence South .130 091 40t1 East along the
westerly aide of Deerfoot Path 130.742feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in deed to the
party of,the second part herein from the other co-owners of the
pmatises intended to be dellverbd simultaneously herewith.

which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in
