seconds East, along the southerly side of New Suffolk Avenue,
157.18 feet; thence South 13 degrees 30 minutes 20 seconds West,
along land formerly of Gladys Cox and now or formerly of Connors,
207.68 feet; .thence North 76 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West,
along land now or formerly of James Norris, 172,78 feet to the
easterly side of said Reeve Avenue and thence North 17 degrees
41 minutes 20 seconds East, along the easterly side of said
Reeve Avenue, 220.51 feet to the corner and the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed from George E. Cruser, Referee,
dated September 30, 1965 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
office
SUBJECT to a mortgage dated September 16, 1965 executed
by John H. Papurca to Southold Savings Bank, recorded in Suffolk
