Sealy, one of the grantors herein. The said Margery S. Bell died, testate, on July 31, 1963, a resident of Union County, New Jersey, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in the Union County Surrogates Court on September 19, 1963, in and by which she de- vised her interest in said property to her daughter, Jane Bell Corydon, one of the grantors herein.
