Dear Mr. Brennan:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on July 27, 1989 as follows:
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection of the
subject property,
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the request made by Patrick
J. Brennan for a waiver to construct addition to single family
dwelling within 65' of wetlands at above mentioned property.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

a. T1fs application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector, with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which, is part of thSs appli-
cation.
e. The work covered by tkis application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the appl/cant. Such permit
shalI be kept on the premises available for inspection throug~hout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for m3y purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by Lhe Building Inspector.
