GEntlemen:
We are acting on behalf of Donald and Joan Brehm in
obtaining permits and variances in the matter of a
proposed deck addition to their home in East Marion.
Mr. and Mr. B~shm are proposing to build a deck addition
with steps and a planter and also a lattice screen.
We have filed for a letter of ~~q from the
NYS DEC and have also filed for a variance for insuff£cient
set back from the Board of Appeals since the deck will be
less than 75' back from the existing bulkhead.
Please advise us as to whether they will have to Obtain a
Trustee permit or if this is out of your jurisdiction.
We are enclosing a check for $40.00 for the non-3uri~diction
letter. If additional is due, please let us know.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Llnda D. Bertani
