WITNESSETH' that the art of the first art,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot
DIST: 1000 No. 29 on a certain map entitled, "Map of West Creek Estates, Property of Ernest E. and Harold
W. Wilsberg, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from
SEC. : 6 78,Or) surveys completed January 28, 1963 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19,
1963, as Map No. 3848 and being more fully described as follows:
BLK. 01,06 BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Glenn Road distant 345 feet easterly to Grissom
Lane; said point also being where the division line between lot 29 and 30 intersect with the
LOT. Q 31 a northerly side of said Glenn Road,
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 1 degree 50 minutes east, along said
division line for a distance of 200 feet.
RUNNING THENCE North 74 degrees 00 minutes east, a distance of 71.83 feet along lands now
or formerly of Geraghty;
RUNNING THENCE South 71 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 43.07 feet to the
division line between lot 28 and 29;
RUNNING THENCE South 1 degree 50 minutes west along last mentioned division line a distance
of 201.46 feet to the northerly side of Glenn Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 87 degrees 30 minutes West, along the northerly side of Glenn Road a
distance of 110 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

l 27, 1991 and recorded July 10, 1991 in Liber 11296 page 434.
TOGETIIER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first'part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will',leceive the.,cotdera(,ion for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
