Tax Roll: Doris Gable occupied: owner Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings on this premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Mrs. Gable and began this inspection at approximately 1:05 P.M. The dwelling is a one and one.half story wood frame structure constructed on a cement block foundation. First floor contains a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, a sun porch that provides a rear entry and a front entry hallway. Second floor contains two bedrooms and an inside bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms except first floor sun porch from an oil fired forced warm air furnace located in full cellar. r An accessory guest cottage is located in side yard area. This building is a wood framed structure constructed on a concrete slab and contains a bedroom, living room with kitchen facilities, an enclosed porch, and an inside toilet room: A shed roof is attached to rear of building. An outside shower enclosure is located on south side of building. Additional accessory structure in rear yard is a wood frame storage building constructed on wood posts. Rear section has a wooden floor, front section has a dirt floor. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold were found: Dwelling: Entry -to rear porch, no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V, Section 52-56 B.2 Guest Cottage: Toilet room -no mechanical vent to exterior. Article II, Section 52-24 B.4 b. Gas Cooking range -no shut off valve at unit. Article V:, Sectio 52-52 B.2, Sewage System -no house trap. Article V, Section 52-51 C.1. -2- Accesso storage -siding of front section of building is loose an pu ed away from framing on north side and section of siding on south wall has a large hole. Covering of door for front section has been removed from door frame. Door for rear section of building is missing. Article III, Section 52-30 C - Section 52-31 B. Inspection completed at approximately 1:30 P.M.
