Fultz owner RE: House on Soundview Avenue Peconic, NY 11958 As per instructions in B - #2 in the Application for Certificate of Occupancy, the following is my sworn statement as to use, occupancy and condition of the buildings. The earliest part of the structure was built prior to April, 1957, but has be refinished inside with a new roof and improved heating system. The first addition, including a kitchen/dining room, bedroom, full bath and two car garage, was completed and a CO granted in 1980. A second addition, an 18 by 10 ft. solarium was added in 1984 and a CO also granted for this work. The building is our primary residence (my husband and me); it is in excellent condition.
