ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,

Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of a thirty-three
foot mad which runs easterly from Fleet's Neck Road to Stillwater
Avenue about five hundred (500) feet southerly from the Main Road and
known as First Street, said point of beginning being the southeasterly
corner of land of Julia Burns and two hundred (200) feet easterly from
the easterly line of said Fleetes Neck Road; running thence northerly
along said land of Julia Burns and land now or formerly of Bracher,
one hundred ten (110) feet to a concrete monument; thence easterly
along land now or formerly of Fleet on a line parallel to said north-
erly line of said thirty-three (33) foot road, sixty-five (65) feet;
thence along other land now or formerly of Fleet on a line parallel to
the first described boundary, one hundred ten (110) feet to a concrete
monument on the northerly line of said thirty-three (33) foot mad;
thence westerly along said northerly line of said thirty-three ,(33)
------ foot mad, sixty-five (65) feet to the point of BEGINNING,

TOGETHER with a right of way over said thirty-three (33) foot
road from Fleet's Neck Road to Stillwater Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises. as conveyed by Henry
L. Fleet and Clarence C. Fleet by deed dated June 30, 1944 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 6, 1945 in
Liber 2L22 of deeds at page 171, this deed being given to convey
any dower interest of the grantor herein to said premises.
