To the best of my knowledge the building did exist and was used with no changes prior to zoning regulations. Any changes made would have been what zoning would have permit- ted. The building was and is used as a retail establishment selling lighting fixtures, gifts and Hallmark cards. The building is in excellent condition and has been inspected every year by our insurance company to meet safety and fire codes.
