the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922
as Map No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the land under water of Little Peconic Bay -
abutting said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises which were conveyed to
Thomas F. Doyle by Thomas F. Doyle and Grace L. Doyle, his wife,
by Deed dated November 4, 1959, recorded January 2y, 1960, in
Liber 4761 of Conveyances, Page 390, in the Office of the County
Clerk of Suffolk County.
